Laya Kaddoura

Laya Kaddoura is a Sales Engineer at The Jet Agent. She tracks Citation aircraft trends and dives into market data to help clients make smart decisions. By keeping market summaries fresh, she helps uncover opportunities, size up competition and craft winning sales strategies.

A proud “AvGeek,” Laya’s love for aviation started as a kid in the Bay Area. Weekend family outings near SFO turned into hours of plane spotting flight tracking.

Before joining The Jet Agent, her aviation journey took flight during a summer internship with a large aircraft brokerage firm. There, she became the go-to data guru, organizing information and finding insights to boost the sales team’s success. Laya also sharpened her research skills at a boutique marketing firm, where she crunched data, researched markets and supported sales.

Born and raised in California, Laya earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sacramento State. She’s fluent in Arabic, holds a Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish and brings a global perspective to everything she does. Laya is also a corporate member of the Citation Jet Pilots Association, National Business Aviation Association, National Aircraft Finance Association and Women in Aviation.

Known for her creativity and collaborative spirit, Laya’s passions stretch beyond aviation. When she’s not analyzing market data, she’s either painting, taking photos, horseback riding, or exploring the world through her travels.
