Aircraft Acquisition
SILVER PACKAGE
- Ideal package when an aircraft has already been identified.
- Ethical and fiduciary representation in the acquisition of your desired aircraft to result in the best deal possible in terms of price and contractual terms.
- Market analysis and valuation on the subject aircraft relative to other recently sold aircraft.
- In-depth projection of first year operating costs based on the specific aircraft serial number chosen.
- Basic due diligence completed on the chosen aircraft (prior to prebuy inspection), to include history on the ownership, maintenance and operation of the aircraft.
- Our oversight of the entire prepurchase inspection process, from selection of an appropriate maintenance facility, determining a recommended inspection work scope, and ensuring all corrective actions are in accordance with contractual requirements.
GOLD PACKAGE
- Everything in the SILVER Package plus:
- Identification of the appropriate aircraft models that fit the client’s anticipated mission, needs and wants.
- Identification of at least 3 aircraft (on or off-market) that can be acquired, with basic due diligence completed on the history of ownership, maintenance and operation of aircraft, to include likely purchase price and valuations based on recently sold comparable aircraft.
- Visual inspection of final aircraft selections completed.
- Assistance with obtaining aircraft financing through vetted partners.
- Assistance with obtaining aircraft hull and liability insurance through vetted partners.
- Assistance with obtaining tax and legal advice, if needed.
Platinum Package
- Everything in the GOLD Package plus:
- Additional value directed specifically towards the owner/operator pilot and first-time jet owner.
- Tour and optional demonstration flight arranged of the aircraft model under consideration.
- Sourcing of financing solution tailored to your cash flow needs.
- Personalized guidance and mentoring during type rating training and/or assistance sourcing flight crew.
- Oversight and management of special projects such as cosmetic improvements and/or avionics upgrades.
- One year of maintenance management and consultation.
- Complimentary one-year memberships to The Citation Jet Pilots Association and the National Business Aviation Association.
- Complimentary consultation with The Jet Agent throughout the lifetime of ownership of aircraft purchased.
